PRESENTATION
Located in Alcalá la Real , in the San Marcos neighborhood, El Cauchil Chico is a rural house that will allow you to enjoy the best of both worlds: the natural environment and the historic city. It is located in a rural setting, in a privileged enclave with beautiful views of the castle of La Mota. Some of the most beautiful walks in the town begin from the very entrance, such as the Ruta de los Zumaques. And also walking, in just a few minutes, you reach the historic and commercial center.
It is a full rental house for seven people. The rental price of the whole house is € 150 per day. It is rented for a minimum of 2 nights. Contact for discounts for long stays and other offers.
HOME
The house has on the ground floor with the hall, a living room , a spacious kitchen-dining room, and a nice patio with its toilet, barbecue, and a room rear with a table football.
On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms: one 150 bed, one 135 bed and another with three beds of 90. AND two bathrooms .
In front of the entrance there is a garden with beautiful views of the La Mota fortress
